Everyone's In (a sole proprietorship operated by Saurav Gupta) ("Everyone's In", "we", "us") operates a Business to Business (B2B) website where corporate buyers book parties and events in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India. It is built as a marketplace for venues, restaurants and caterers, but none of them has signed with us yet: every venue listed today is an example written by us.

1. Who we are

The platform is operated by Everyone's In (a sole proprietorship operated by Saurav Gupta) from Amrapali Silicon City, Sector 76, Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201309. Everyone's In is the brand name used for this buyer website.

2. What Everyone's In does

We help authorised Human Resources (HR), admin and organiser teams discover event options, see prices, make payments and coordinate service delivery.

Bookings made today

Every venue listed today is an example written by us. None of them is a business that has signed with us, and no restaurant or caterer has signed with us either. So when you book and pay today, your agreement is with Everyone's In alone, and we are responsible to you for it. We either arrange your event at a comparable venue that you accept, or we cancel the booking and refund what you paid for it in full, under section 3 of the Cancellation and Refund Policy.

Once suppliers sign

When a venue, restaurant or caterer has signed a written arrangement with us, we act as a facilitator for its bookings. We are then not the venue, restaurant, caterer or food supplier unless a separate written contract says otherwise.

3. Eligibility

Buyers must be organisations acting through authorised staff. A supplier must be a genuine business with a written arrangement with us before any booking is passed to it. No supplier has one yet, so a booking made today is taken by Everyone's In, as section 2 says.

4. Bookings and payments

A booking is confirmed when the 25% advance is paid. The balance is due before the event, as stated on the booking confirmation for that booking. Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not store your card, bank account or Unified Payments Interface (UPI) credentials.

5. Fees and taxes

Our charges and our tax position are described on the Pricing page. Everyone's In does not hold a Goods and Services Tax (GST) registration yet, so it cannot issue a tax invoice. No supplier has signed with us yet, so no supplier issues a tax invoice for a booking made today either. We do not charge a separate service fee today. When we register and suppliers sign, the Pricing page will say who issues each tax invoice.

6. Tax Collected at Source

Section 52 of the Central Goods and Services Tax (CGST) Act, 2017 requires an Electronic Commerce Operator (ECO) that collects the payment for supplies made through it by other suppliers to collect Tax Collected at Source (TCS) on those supplies and pay it to the government. No supplier sells through us yet, so no TCS is collected on a booking made today. When suppliers sell through us, we will collect TCS at the rate the government has notified and pay it to the government.

7. Supplier obligations

Once a supplier signs with us, it is responsible for accurate listings, lawful operations, applicable licences, service quality, invoices, staff conduct and its own grievance contact. Caterers and food service providers are expected to maintain applicable Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) compliance. The venue listings on this site today are written by us, and we are responsible for what they say.

8. Buyer responsibilities

Buyers must provide accurate event requirements, authorised billing details, head count, venue access information and any dietary or safety requirements needed to deliver the service.

9. Cancellations and refunds

Cancellations, supplier cancellations, force majeure and refund handling are governed by the Cancellation and Refund Policy.

10. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the platform, submit false information, impersonate another organisation, interfere with platform security, post false reviews or use the service for unlawful activity.

11. Liability

For a booking made today no supplier has signed with us, so we are responsible to you for it, as section 2 says. Once a supplier signs and delivers a booking, delivering its service is that supplier's responsibility, and we coordinate the booking and support refund handling. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under Indian law.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts with jurisdiction over Noida, Uttar Pradesh will hear disputes, subject to applicable consumer and statutory remedies.

13. Changes

We may update these terms when the platform, law or payment flow changes. The latest version will be posted on this page with the updated date.

14. Contact and grievance

For support or grievances, contact Saurav Gupta (Founder) on +91 7417795407 by phone or WhatsApp.
